Capital Credits

Capital credits are allocated based, on a formula, of several factors. The two primary factors each year that determine an individual’s capital credits are the amount of profit the company generates and the business done or dollars spent with the company by that customer. That is the reason customers who use GBT Long Distance acquire capital credits at a higher rate than customers who use some other long distance company.

Sometimes former customers move from the area and do not leave a forwarding address. We owe some of these customers their capital credits. Please check the following links to see if we have a Capital Credit check for you. The lists are categorized alphabetically along with the exchange in which the customer lived.
